I'm Lisa Müller, psychotherapist, holistic coach, and fellow human. My job is to support individuals and teams on their journey to a more balanced, connected and fulfilled life. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Zen Yoga and I love combining both worlds in my approach. What I offer is a holistic view on mental wellbeing, combining evidence-based psychology tools with mindfulness, movement and meditation.
