Working together

My offers

You can choose between a one-off session and three therapy packages. 

The first session is always an assessment of your current situation, your difficulties and strengths and what you want to work on. 

The following sessions focus on working towards the goals we agree on in the assessment.

  • One-off session

    • Ideal for people who are unsure what support they need​

    • If we haven't worked together before, the one-off session is an assessment

  • The "short and sweet" package: 

    • 1 month of support (4 sessions)​

    • Together we will choose one specific problem area to work on

  • The "golden middle" package:

    • 3 months of support (12 sessions)​

    • enough time to work on several areas and create healthy habits

  • The "in-depth transformation":

    • 5 months of support (20 sessions)​

    • deep dive into your belief system and creating long-lasting change
